In accordance with Government Resolution № 735 of Kyrgyz Republic from 31.12.1999. and № 262 from 04.06.2001 for Japanese citizens the regime of entrying into the Kyrgyz Republic is visa-free.

II. List of countries for whose citizens and owners of diplomatic and service passports free visa system to Kyrgyzstan functions. It functions only within one month and on the basis of bilateral agreements.

IV. List of countries whose citizens can get Kyrgyz visas within one month on the basis of private addresses.

In accordance with Government Decree № 87 of Kyrgyz Republic from 07.02.2009. On approval of the list of foreign states, citizens who are subjected to a simplified visa system, citizens of the following countries can obtain entry visas from Kyrgyz Republic at the diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, as in the Consular at the airport "Manas" within one month on the basis of personal references.
